Ammonite (linocut print)

This print is inspired by a trip to Lyme Regis. The novel 'Remarkable Creatures' by Tracy Chevalier, and the film 'Ammonite', both about the life of Mary Anning, were in my mind when I made the piece.

I was also watching Hey Duggee a lot at the time and The Fossil Badge episode is a particularly good one (I have a child, I don't just watch it on my own, honest).

Open Edition lino print in black ink. Somerset White Satin Paper 250gsm with a deckle edge. 148mm x 210mm approx.

The print will arrive in plastic free packaging, wrapped in tissue paper in a hard-backed envelope.

This is an original piece of art, handmade from beginning to end. Each print is unique, and there may be slight variations between them.
